Please be aware that warranty claims only cover manufacturer defects. For details, consult the warranty documentation for your product.

If the problem is found to not be covered under the manufacturer's warranty, our standard rates will apply. If the repair is not covered under warranty and you choose to not have the unit repaired, a $65 diagnosis fee will apply.

A dated receipt showing the unit's serial number is required for all warranty repairs. If you have an electronic copy, it may be attached and uploaded at the bottom of this form.
