Outlook .pst files will become damaged if they are larger than 2 Gb PDF Print E-mail

If you are using Microsoft outlook , you should be aware that the file size of the .pst (active folder ) cannot exceed 2Gb. If you run into a problem and find your file is damaged, Microsoft has a tool that will truncate your .pst file so that you can open it again. You will lose some data but you can at least scrub your folders up and continue using the folder. http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;[LN];Q296088
